I didn't get into the course I wanted to get into, and so I was thinking maybe I should make an appointment with the Head of Dept. of Psychology, and talk about it. Because I was only 2 points away from getting in, do you think it's a good idea?
I did really well in my Cambridge IGCSE exam, and so I was wondering if I could use that to show that I am serious and that I can do well, it was just a slip of 2 points this time. And that psychology is truly my passion, it really is. I adore helping people out with their issues and just making them feel better about themselves and understand that they can't control everything that happens in their life.
I'd be a terrific psychologist, and I know it! I just need the chance to prove it.
Please let me know if this sounds a little crazy. I'm thinking about meeting with the Head of Dept. of Psychology at the Uni of Queensland, in Brisbane.
Thank you!
oh, and has anyone ever done this before? I'm quite nervous.
