Question Posted Wednesday January 13 2010, 12:52 am
Well, I'm getting braces in about a month (the metal) and I'm not sure what color to start with. I'd change the color every 2 weeks when I meet with my dentist, so it doesn't need to be a perfect shade. I don't have the whitest teeth, & I heard that dark colors like black make your teeth look whiter. Other than that I like aqua blue & pale pink. What do you think??

youre right. the darker colors will make your teeth look brighter. I had braces for the longest time, so i would know. hahaa. but you barely see your teeth, its really just the metal and color thats most apparent.
but I would say go with red, dark green [stay away from yellow and white and orange] dark pink matched with pale pink.. aqua blue and a dark blue [like a navy blue] there are SO many colors, so when you go to the dentist, just check the dark ones, and never get the glow in the dark ones hahaa. :]
good luck ! hope i helped ! and theyll look good ;] xxo. [ itdependsonyoux3's advice column | Ask itdependsonyoux3 A Question ]
