I didn't know how to stop it until my mom saw me pour a whole glass of lemon juice and like 3/4 cup of water and sugar and she told me that's the reason I was anemic and she slapped me (no joke). I stopped completely and I'm fine now. Until it completely goes away, you need to stay away from the sour stuff. THEN, later on, when it's gone, you can eat a little bit of sour stuff but don't over do it. The acids and sours can also mess up your teeth and enamel so be careful. Good luck! make sure that your not drinking any tea or coffee or anything that has cafine in it as it will absorb all the nutrients from the food you eat [ sia's advice column | Ask sia A Question ]
