Lose stomach fat by the weekend of january 29th I'm a 16 year old girl, I'm not fat except on my stomach I have a pouch and a little more on my sides. I'm a dancer and I dance everyday, but on top of that I've been running a mile or 2 miles (depends on the day) a day for exactly 3 weeks so far, because I really want to lose my stomach fat. My friend is having a themed costume party on the weekend of january 29th, and we are supposed to paint our stomachs. so i've been running for 3 weeks on top of dancing everyday, and i haven't see many results. i do seem a LITTLE thinner but not much, and my pouch is still there. I eat as healhty as I can, but sometimes I can't control myself, especially at night, but I'd say i eat pretty healthy. what else can i do to make this go away by that time? i feel like i'm doing everything i can. like i'm killing myself with this, i even have shin splints now from running so much while also dancing,but i'm not giving up because i'm determined to lose mmy pouch. what else can i do to make this move along faster?

sit ups will tone your belly!! try doing them before bed and maybe in the morning!! your belly wil become more toned and you will notice it within a week or two just keep on top of it ]
try getting a corset a shirt that helps keep the belly down this help for some people it help them feel cofedent in them self ]
