Turkish Delight

Does anyone know a good recipe for Turkish Delight? I can't seem to find one anywhere!
Also, what are some different flavorings i could add into the recipe to change it up a bit?

you can add lemon juice, strawberry, or raspberry extract

That's a basic recipe for lemon and rose Turkish Delight, which are the traditional flavours.

You could also add cinnamon or mint or add small pieces of nuts such as hazelnuts, walnuts or pistachio. Almonds also work.
