I have a really bad self-image, i think im fat, im tall, i am rubbish at sports, hate my body and i started middle school with a really bad reputation, i really want a boyfriend, but ive been told that i wont get one if i dont like myself, what sould i do? PS: 14/f i sing, act (really cant dance), size 12-lost 3 stone in 2 months after bullying and im 180cm
All i need to say to you is LOVE your imperfections. Develop or do better with your strenghs. Before you sleep, take note of atleast 3 things that makes you beautiful as a person. You have to forget your flaws and just appreciate what you've got. When you start to think again how "bad" you look, screw the thought and think of your good qualities. Forget any bad rep, start anew!
sia answered Sunday January 10 2010, 5:46 am: a size 12 is NOT fat.i was your size and your hieght when i was your age.i was bullied to seriously this girl use to come upto me in the changing rooms infront of my whole class and pinch my stomach and tell me i need to loose weight.the whole class would laugh at me.yeapp i still remember!guess what happened??a few years later everything evened out.i grew boobs and got curvy now im hotter than shed ever be.you just have to trust me your going to even out.i use to hate being tall because i felt like a giant and now im older, all guys like tall girls because they stand out.theyr the ones guys look at first when your walking past them.give yourself a break.its not the end of the world.just eat healthy and exercise.if you starve yourself your going to loose weight but youll gain it back on faster than the time it took you to loose the weight.just cut back on the burgers.eat healthy fruits and veges and as you grow youll even out.just because your a size 12 doesnt mean that your fat.it could mean that your body frame is bigger or that your bones are bigger than others.thats how i was.P.S guys like things they can grab onto.they like girls to be curvy.:) [ sia's advice column | Ask sia A Question ]
