Just try to avoid eating sugar or things like bread, potatoes, and pasta on the same day or twice in one day. So if you had cereal for breakfast or toast, have chicken and salad for lunch and a soup or steak and salad for dinner. Also try to eat more chicken than beef or lamb or pork. This is just so you can lose it faster. Eat whatever you want as long as you eat six to seven SMALL meals a day. To be honest though, I don't think you'll lose 10 pounds very quickly if you mix sugars and carbs and don't exercise. There is no diet that let's you eat anything and you don't have to exercise or everyone would be on it haha. Hope this helped! Goodluck! ^^ [ XxIzabellersxX's advice column | Ask XxIzabellersxX A Question ]

You should Google a BMI chart to determine that. If you do need to lose the weight consult a doctor for advise and get a referred to a nutritionist or dietitian who can give you a proper meal plan and monitor your progress. There's no diet that I've ever heard of that doesn't require some exercise to keep the pounds off permanently. [ solidadvice4teens's advice column | Ask solidadvice4teens A Question ]
