well, it might hurt since your probably not used to things goin up there. if you masturbate it might hurt less. it may not be all that good the first time, because it hurts or your nervous which is completely normal. just try to focus on how much you like the person (or if its just a hook up, how hot the person is) and be very intimate. if the other person knows that its your first time they probably wont put a ton of pressure on you, so dont worry if it takes you a little time to start to get into the motion.
i suggest to only lose it to someone you really care about !
