what does it mean when a guy texts you, and you respond, but then he doesn't text back?

Maybe he's trying to let you down easily. He has a girlfriend and if you are trying to intrude on that, that's really immature.
It's either he's ignoring you or he just got busy and couldn't text you back.
Ask him if you really would like to know.

Well, If he has a girlfriend and isn't responding to reply texts, that probably means hes confused about you too. Try not to come on too strong or the situation could get worse. Don't immediately text him back, wait awhile. I hope that helps some!;)

Well he might have been busy, or maybe he was hanging out with his girl and didnt want to be rude and text you while he was with her, or maybe his girlfriend saw his texts, got suspicious and asked him to stop texting you. A lot of things could have hapened here. But dont worry it will all work out =] Maybe next time he texts you ask him why he didnt text you back?
