Thats what I say when i am preforming for my speech compititions. Or, right before you start think of a time when you were the happiest. then start. once you start it is easier to finish. I know you can do it. Be Confident!! there is always someone worse. Even if you don't feel confident, fake it and eventually you will feel it. Also, practice practice practice! it will help so much.
I am on my schools Speech team so if you would like anymore public speaking tips or anything at all feel free to send me a question, i will do my best to answer!!

I had a presentation I had to do last week, and I suck in front of people. I was sweating, breathing wierd, legs twitching, and I stumbled over almost every word, but I did it! I got an applause too. hah
You can do it. [ icansing00's advice column | Ask icansing00 A Question ]
