Forever21 has already been mentioned, but that would be an excellent place to look. Also check out Charlotte Russe. They have a website, and I found a few dresses that were very similiar.

You can definaltely find a dress like that from Forever 21, you may not get the same exact quality or details, but itll be close, and really cheap!
