I share an account on Verizon Wireless with my mom, her being the main person or whatever. I'm subscribed to ringback tones, but she isn't. So when I log into the account, change it to my phone, then go to manage my ringback tones, it tells me I can't manage them because I'm not subscribed. It must be switching back to her number since it says I'm not subscribed. How can I access MINE on the website? Someone please help me because I've been trying to figure this out for months. I know I can do it on my phone, but that's not what I'm trying to do. I need to do it on the internet because I'm trying to turn off the little greeting thing before the music plays.
