Verizon!

Question Posted Thursday November 26 2009, 10:10 pm

I share an account on Verizon Wireless with my mom, her being the main person or whatever. I'm subscribed to ringback tones, but she isn't. So when I log into the account, change it to my phone, then go to manage my ringback tones, it tells me I can't manage them because I'm not subscribed. It must be switching back to her number since it says I'm not subscribed. How can I access MINE on the website? Someone please help me because I've been trying to figure this out for months. I know I can do it on my phone, but that's not what I'm trying to do. I need to do it on the internet because I'm trying to turn off the little greeting thing before the music plays. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

If you go to the My Verizon, my account page, in the second column, at the top, is a phone number.
It will be your moms if she is main person. There is a drop down arrow there. Click on that, bring your number up & you should be able to access your account without problems. :)
