theres not really an answer set in stone. some get it 2-3 weeks after, or never get it. i started gettin nauseated after 3-4 months !
i suggest wait 3 weeks to a month after your missed period then take a test

Probably not for 30 days or so. It really depends on the person. Many never get sick at all. I didn't.
So nausea & vomiting, while a good sign, isn't real reliable.
