okay so i hate my body. i'm not overweight or anything (i don't think..), i'm almost 5'4 and 110 lbs or so but maybe more. 15 years old. i have really long legs which is in a way a good thing, but then my torso is soooo short it looks weird. not only that, but the torso area of me is fat. not literally, because when i press against my upper hip area it's all bone (except my tummy is chubby), but my bones seem to like stick out in this funny way. it's hard to explain but i hate it. then my upper thighs are really chubby even though the rest of my legs are thin, and my arms are thin, and then i have absoloutely no chest. (i know, it's desgusting, especially because i'm 15. i might get surgery when i'm older if they're still not there because i'm getting so worried.) anyways, in order to make my body look better i always have to wear long baggy shirts to hide my curves because they're so weird-looking. i'm not looking to be rail skinny or anything but trust me, if you saw me you would know. my body is just extremely awkward and gross. so i'm trying to find ways i can exercise and eat healthy in hopes of that maybe improving? i do eat healthy food mostly but maybe i'm not eating enough (as far as the boobs thing goes?) and i need exercise since i can't play sports cause i'm bad at all of them. any suggestions? & sorry this is so long.

everyones body is different but we're all beautiful in our own ways(: focus on the good things about your body. don't keep thinking about the features you dislike cause all it'll do is bumm you out. be confident in your self:] love your body.

oh and as far as the tummy bulge goes just watch what you eat and count your calories (recomended at least 1000 a day and do about 30 crunches a night.

I am sure you will grow out of this stage your body is changing so your not going to have a good body right now. Even though i don't have the same problem that you are having with your body, i am having problems with my body too you are not alone.
I am at that stage to were my hips are getting bigger and my boobs and i am getting taller. I personally hate it, and most girls do. I am five six. weight 147, bra size 34c. It's funny how you are scared that you don't have any boobs yet and i have them and hate having them, lol it's funny how girls always want what they don't have, you hear that all the time and it's so true. As for my height I wish i was your height. My hips i guess were both having a problem with that:( The reasons why i don't like mine is because i think there to big! i wish i had little little ones but there's nothing i can do about it, just wait for this stage to be over. However since i am so unhappy with the way my body is looking i do work out everyday! weather i walk 6 miles or i run. I like to ride a bike cause it's a nice change too, also Stretching! is very good for your body it changes your body "in a good way" so i recomend that. Also for your belly i don't have a perfect one it's not fat but it could be tighter so i work out that area by doing all positions for it. there is so many work outs to do you just have to find the ones you enjoy. Now Working out at this stage in life might not make a huge difference in your body cause it's going to change no matter what but it's the little things that count.

Sorry it's very long, but When i need advice i like to here that i am not the only one in the situation so i though if i told you my problems you could understand that your not alone even if you think you are. i no at school you compare yourself to everyone and i did to and you think ugh there so lucky i wish i had there body, but i bet they wish the same thing.
