80's

Question Posted Sunday November 15 2009, 11:27 am

For my textiles course in school, I'm doing a sketchbook full of samples, drawings, info etc. on 80's fashion. I've got a few things for it, but I don't know any icons or bands that were big in the 80's. So does anyone know of any person from the 80's that would be interesting to do a section about? Like, who was fashionable and shows what the 80's were about? And any other information about the 80's would be good :)

Michael Jackson is definitely an icon. You could also try Madonna, or Blondie. Maybe even try Pat Benetar.

Michael Jackson's moonwalk was big in the 80s. He actually came up with it in that year. If you would like to know more about the 80s, try looking on "google", or "ask". It should provide you with a lot of information.
