Not to be gross or anything, but I only poop every couple days and my friend said that was unhealthy. she really freaked out when I told her that when I am trips and stuff I will hold it for 5-7 days.
She says that is why I always feel wore out all the time.

But if you don't it doesn't really matter, it would probably be better to at least go every three days or more often, because otherwise you can have some serious issues.

It isn't very healthy if you're only going once or twice a week and your friend is right, constipation and bloating can cause you to feel lethargic, although it's likely that this is also down to what you're eating.
You need to ensure you're getting a balanced diet, including foods which are high in fibre such as potatoes, pulses, cereals and wholemeal varieties breads, pastas and rice. Fibre is what keeps your digestive system going so it's really important that you have the right amount in your diet.
