You maybe suffering from migraines go visit your doctor they'll be able to help you the sooner you
go the sooner you'll know what's wrong you can get headaches from staring at the computer screen also the tv too also from not eating being dehydrated stress & many other things :)

Also tell your doctor that the medication you took only helped a little he or she should know
that!

If you have one every night I am going to guess it is probably tension headaches. Now, I am not a doctor, and any headache that is continuous like this should be discussed with your doctor.

Try a hot shower...hot as you can handle, and aim the water at your neck and shoulders. That helps me some combines with some aspirin & ibuprofen.

DO NOT do this immediately before or after a shower but, try putting some heat making pain relief cream on your neck & shoulders. I find the cream works for me every time and it doesn't take long to work. It does give you a medicine like smell. If you're like me though you won't care as long as the headache is gone!

Now that I'm older I don't have headaches as often as I did. When I was younger though I had them everyday too. It is probably just tension from the day but again, talk to your doctor about them. :)
