Do you hug at all? You know, my first real kiss with a boy was actually at school! We were walking to my locker after school was out, and he was hugging me, and then i pulled back a little, and looked at him in his eyes.
If you do this and the chemistry is right, it will feel natural to kiss. He may be nervous, so you can make it easy on him by asking him to go for a walk, to go to the park, to walk you to your car- places where you can be alone.
Once there, you can either ask him to kiss you, tell him you want to be kissed, or kiss him. Relationships are all about communication, so don't be afraid to tell him, or show him how you feel.
