im 16 male
i just finished writing my first novel, well its on microsoft word. its about 300 pages.
what do i do next to get it in the stores? and sell? details please. i need to know!

your best bet is to find an agent. google literary agents in the genre that you want, research them and then read their submission guidelines. because your 16 though you may have to wait because at this age you cant be held to any contract.... you can go straight to some publishers but they wont market the book so youll have a book that no one knows about. DO NOT GO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS MONEY!!! a good agent wont ask for money.... try writers.net to find someone in your genre

There are many books out there that explain teh process. Barnes and nobel, borders and other book stores have sections of books for this. Just ask. They are pretty good resources.
