picking a work

Question Posted Monday October 12 2009, 8:08 am

my humanities teacher assigned the class a research project, and the point of the project is to get to know the resources at school. she said to choose a topic that you'll be interested in that has to deal with fine arts. i chose "rap music" i wanted to know how it was considered as music. apparently.. the topic was too broad, and told me to pick a type of work.. but i'm not sure what type of work i can choose that i'll be able to find in the library. any ideas?

Scientist, something to do with history maybe?
I don't know what kinda of books are in your library, so your best bet is to just browse books and then make a decision.
