Abelline answered Sunday October 11 2009, 9:57 pm: just eat right and in moderation. Dont be afraid to eat cookies, brownies, pizza....but in moderation and not everyday because if you deprive yourself of good foods, you might binge when you actually start eating them again.
Also, live an active life...as in exercise at least 2-3 times a week or have enough exercises. And instead of driving short distances to a place, you could either ride your bike or walk. (It's also good for the environment). Get out and play some sports with friends for fun, or to the park, walk in the city. Living active and having fun will do you body good without you feeling it's an exercise.
And...smile and live a happy life. Research says that depression can lead to obesity so be happy and smile :)
