What is the best kind of multi vitamin for a 19 year old girl who is plays volleyball in college?

In most cases a regular multivitamin is enough. Unless your doctor has told you that you have a deficiency of something you probably won’t need anything else. Ask a doctor if you should be taking calcium or any other supplement (he’ll probably recommend calcium), because if you DON’T need it, you’re essentially wasting your money.
