Additional info, added Thursday October 1 2009, 6:51 am: about an hour after asking this im still in great pain, i cant sit up or move in my seat or walk with out it hurting.
ThirdQED answered Thursday October 1 2009, 12:12 pm: Go to a doctor ASAP!
Let me repeat that in all caps:
GO SEE A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
That doesn't mean tomorrow or next weekend; that means as soon as you can. Within a few hours or even minutes if you can.
There's no way I can know for sure, but you may have some fractured ribs. The part where you said "about an hour after asking this im still in great pain, i cant sit up or move in my seat or walk with out it hurting," isn't very appealing to me.
Fractured ribs usually are NOT dangerous if the ribs are just cracked, but if they are broken, then they ARE dangerous because they may damage your internal organs.
I might be wrong (hopefully I am wrong, because having fractured ribs are not fun at all), but it's best to go to a doctor as soon as possible and have an X-Ray check. Again, it might be just your muscles. You should judge for yourself because only you know how the pain is, where you feel the pain, or whether it hurts when you try to breathe (or breathe deeply). animelove answered Thursday October 1 2009, 12:06 pm: It could be a muscle spasm, when doing a trick like that your body tends to tense up and it could of tooken in some air between your muscles as they moved. This would result a few minutes later in aches, a sharp poking stabbing feeling or pain. Or think, did you hurt yourself? If you did you may have bruiced something inside, or broken something. (Lets hope not...)
If it is a muscle spasm then will go away on it own but may take awhile, see your doctor as soon as possible. In the mean time, to reduce pain I;d sugest you take Advil, or Moltren or Tylenole, you can also heat up a towel in your microwave and set it over the spot that hurts, this should feel nice and realse any air that you have caught if it is a spasm. Try to rest and don't make any sudden movements or heavy lifting. I'm not a doctor, so I'd suggest you go see one. But anyways hope I helped in the least bit, hope you feel better and be CAREFUL! >:T [ animelove's advice column | Ask animelove A Question ]
