What is a breakfast that can keep me full for about 6 hours? and that is also healthy for you. but mainly to keep my full with no worries of being hungry....? please and thank you.
Oatmeal is filling, anything with protein is also filling. I suggest a protein shake with thick oatmeal and some fruit and a piece of toast or something. It's a big breakfast but it should keep you full. Stuffing yourself to stay full will leave you feeling slow and groggy early in the morning, and thats not good.
Pack a snack like a energy bar to munch on if your hungry during the day.
Daintree answered Monday September 28 2009, 4:54 am: breakfast digestion is all over by morning tea 6 hours is serious filling. this is not a realistic objective. may I suggest you loose more wieght having 6 small healthy snacks/meals a day I am sorry, but that's a fact. But try 5-6 weet bix and or sprinke with bran/wheat/oats & freshly squeezed fruit juice from a juice extractor carrot & apple juice, heavily seeded slice of toasted bread important to keep away from processes foods & drinks. always organic. good luck [ Daintree's advice column | Ask Daintree A Question ]
