how do i delete my facebook??

i know everyone seems to love it, but i hate it and i always have. i wouldn't have even joined if my friend hadn't made an account for me. i have only been able to deactivate it, but i REALLy want to delete it. PLEASE HELP!!!

I was going to try & help you along through the process by clicking "Deactivate" on my personal FaceBook, but I decided that was probably a bad idea.

So, I used Google. This is the first thing that came up & the first thing that I clicked. Someone made a group with instructions on how to permanently delete a FaceBook account.
