seriously????? i thought this only happened on t.v.!!!!!!! i got REALLLLYYYY drunk one night at one of my best friends party, and there was this guy who i was talking to before i got drunk. then we started dancing. and then i got completely wasted. i saw him the next day at school and he told me that if i didnt do what i did last night again then he would send the tape to everyone. and im sure u know what was on the tape.... so what do i do, i dont want to have sex with him again but i reallllyyy dont want that tape out because i have no idea whats on it
Now as to this young man with the tape. While what he is currently threatening you with is called Blackmail. What he supposedly did with you on the tape cannot and is not considered consensual as you were in no condition to consent. Therefore you were RAPED; call it date rape or anything else you want. If you were as drunk as you say then any sex that took place was none consensual and that is the definition of rape.
You should go to your parents and tell them what happened and let them decide the best course of action to take. From my point of view you have number of options:
1. Call his parents and explain what has happened and the blackmail attempt he is making.
2. Invite the boy over; explain to him that unless he gives up the tape you are going to charge him with rape. Explain to him that rape has a long statute of limitations and that if he brags about what happened, the tape goes to the police.
3. Call the Police and let them handle the matter. The boy has committed two felonies and deserves to be punished by the law or he will do it again and the next young lady may not be as lucky as you.
My suggestion is talk with your parents and go with option 3. Yes, your parents are not going to be happy about your drinking but I think their anger will be mitigated by the rape and the threat of the blackmail. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

You are way too young. You should be cheerleading, and having slumber parties & doing group dates with like 10 other friends.
This situation is real. It's not just a tv thing. It can very much happen in real life. Don't let what they show on TV stifle you into thinking it's just a TV thing because anything is possible no matter how ridiculous it may be.
You said you have no idea what's on the tape. That's not the case. You know what's on it, but you don't wanna come to terms with it. You know it's probably a sex tape. If you were so drunk that you don't know what you're doing or can't even remember your name, chances are you cannot be responsible with alcohol. You shouldn't be drinking it anyways.
Anyways, tell an adult. What he's doing is blackmailing you to get what he wants. He will keep doing it to watch you suffer and make you feel guilty & regret what you've done. You should regret it, but blackmailing isn't nice regardless. Tell an adult because he can get into serious trouble. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

If you drank so much until the point were you wasted yourself away than you need to know that you weren't being responsible and know that there are probably going to be consequences to your actions. If this guy video taped and you have proof of it than you should tell an adult about it as that is blackmail and a violation of privacy and he can get in serious trouble for it.
