i get about 6 hours of sleep on every school night.
but during around 2nd or 3rd period of class, i start to get reallly really tired, and i lose focus. I actually fall asleep while the teacher is lecturing. And once i wake up, i feel like a zombie for the rest of the school day. This has been happening for a While now...
how do i stay awake? please dont give me an obvious answer....... what do i do????
I think it would be a good idea for you see see your doctor and see if something else is going on.
You could have sleep apnea and not be getting the amount of sleep you think you are getting. You could be anemic. Make an appointment and make sure
there is nothing else going on. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

If you still happen to get tired during the day, eat breakfast before you leave for school, or carry a granola bar or something in your backpack. If there's a Starbucks near your school, go there at least once a week & get yourself an iced coffee or something. Take cold showers in the morning. If your school has vending machines, get yourself a soda and take it to class. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
