Multivitamin

Question Posted Tuesday September 15 2009, 1:35 am

Hi I am 18 years old female. I have taken one a teen advantage, one a day womens, and now I am currently taking centrum womens multivitamin. And each one after a few hours my stomach gets terrible cramps. I taken them with food. I've tried taking them in the morning in the after noon and at night, but the same thing always happens. What i am asking is what is the best multivitamin to take for a sensitive stomach?
Thank you!

I had a friend who experienced this. She had nausea real bad, and went to her Doctor about it. He recommended her to take Flinstones vitamins, which she did. Now she is doing fine.

I have the same problem and I talked to my doctor about it and she said to take chewables, or the drink kind.
