Breast Reduction
I have huge boobs and I absolutely hate it, because Im only 5'4 and i'm fairly skinny so my boobs are totally disporportionate. I was a D, and then I went on birth control and now i'm a DD. I really want a breast reduction, but if I get one and go down to a C, when I go off the pill, will I go down to a B?

I am not sure about that, however, here is a website that may be able to help you. By the way friend, just to add, the surgery can be very painful: maybe try making the most of your breasts (believe me, many ARE jealous) and invest in a good, supportive bra and love them.

It's different for everyone.. some peoples breasts stay larger after they go off birth control and some dont.. mine didnt :( So i would wait until awhile after you go off of the birth control. If you want to do it immediately than i guess you should probably get advice from the doctor that prescribed your birth control.
