I don't know of any websites, but if you Google tattoos, I'm sure lots will come up.

If you have a LiveJournal, there's a community called "ihearttattoos" that I'm a member of. It's pretty awesome. You can ask for pictures, post your own of your tattoos & get to see lots of artwork. :)
