Boy Meets World Episode

Does anyone know which episode of Boy Meets World the picture on this icon is from?

I know it's an episode when they're at college, and I know Eric is looking at Topanga in that scene (and wearing a dress...), I just don't remember what the episode is called or from what season specifically, so if anyone knows or could try to find out I would really appreciate it. Thaank you!
