lulabell2009 answered Friday September 4 2009, 10:17 am: You should get some glow in the dark stars and put them on your ceiling....Count them everynight when you go to bed, i find that i go to sleep much faster. I also listen to some music or start reading a book. This may sound wierd, but i've had someone scratch my back until i fall asleep....anyways hope i helped.

Sami143 answered Thursday September 3 2009, 9:45 pm: On the nights that i cant fall asleep because im thinkin about too much i usually just think of a blank piece of paper in my head over and over again and i can usually settle down and fall asleep. Sometimes putting on light music while your laying there will help too!
jaybahamut answered Thursday September 3 2009, 6:15 pm: try taking a sleep aid like melatonin 3 mlg, or advil pm or tylenol pm, they work reali well. melatonin usually works reali fast depending on the person it works in a matter of mins for me. or you can try warming up some milk and drinking it that's an old remedy it might work too.
