My voice is messed up?

Since the end of June / beginning of July I have had issues with my voice. In the mornings my throat hurts and it hurts to speak. Then a few hours later I can talk without it being painful and sing a bit. I realized that there has been a decrease in the notes I can hit without my voice giving out. Later in the evening, my throat begins hurting again and it hurts to talk.
I used to sing a lot, and now I find it straining to get through three songs.
Mostly the pain lies deep in my throat, I looked at some pictures and its mostly near the vocal cords.
Any idea what this can be?
I'm going to the doctors on Wednesday, I just want an idea in advance what it can be (:

It could be puberty.

Well it could be a few things
Allergies
You could also be getting a sore throat
Try drinking a lot of water and suck on some cough drops but if it doesn't go away within a day or two see the doctor.
