Licensed Nail Technician? Sweet 16.
Does anyone know where I could find a licensed nail technician for my sweet 16? I live in New York. I really need one. I checked craigslist and so did my mom. All we seem to find is Spa stuff. And all I want is someone who would just do nails (painting them)! No spa. Does anyone know where I could find somewhere that would only do nails and not the whole spa things? Just please help if you can. Thankyou.

You can go into a spa & only get your nails painted. You don't need to have any other treatments if you don't want them. They only do what you're paying them for.
