hey.
im 14 years old and i weigh around 140.
i cant stop eating. like all my friends are really skinny and then when it comes to me its called fat. i have been skinny for my whole life but not im gaining weight. im on birth control too but i use that for my acne and everybody has told me that Yaz helps you loose weight but my mom wont let me get it. i really want to loose weight. i have tried a diet but it only lasted for about 4 days. and i dont know what to do. we dont have excerise stores here so i cant do that. i really dont want to become any fatter. at school they already called me pregnant because imm getting a belly. what can i do.

It must be hard being around skinny girls all the time. I know what that feels like. But if you really want to try to become more fit and healthier this is what i would suggest. It might seem easy, but you have to commit to it or it will be hard and wont work.
So, first of all, make yourself eat breakfast. If its really early, set something out the night before thats healthy and filling that will curb your hunger. Something that you can cram in on the go. Things with lots of protein help make hunger go away zo you wont feel like you have to eat your whole house in the afternoon when you get home from school.
Next, every time you want junk food, think to yourself, 'Is this really doing my body any good?' and then dont eat it and eat something healthy instead. You dont really have to diet just eat things in moderation that are good for you. Every once in a while you can treat yourself to some chcolate or candy of whatever. :) You can also ask your parents not to buy junk food and more healthy food if the problem is that its in your house so you feel like you have to eat it.
Lately, I've been trying to incorperate running into my life. Running is a really good way to burn calories and the fat off your tummy. Also doing sit ups and that back and forth laying down "bike" thing really help. I do them before i get in the shower so if i sweat, i just wash it right off.
Lastly, you need to try to feel more confident about yourself. Everyones body shape is different and if its genetics theres nothing you can do about it except enjoy it and flaunt it. And seriously if your friends are calling you fat, you need some new friends. Friends should support you and comfort you on a bad day, not make it worse.
Oh, also, you can where flowy shirts for now that kind of hide your belly until you get it under control. And realistically it would take a few weeks maybe even a month before you see results.
