green tea..

hi, you answered my question about losing weight, but i was wondering.. is it green tea from like the little packets? & can i add like lemon in it or anything or no? is it just the green tea?

You can use green tea from tea bags or you can use loose green tea. If you use other kinds of tea instead it may not work. I like Lipton's Green Tea because it's not as bitter as others. And yes you can use lemon; you can even use artificial sweetener, although I'd suggest Splenda rather than anything with aspartame in it (aspartame slows down your metabolism so you actually gain weight).
