At your age being rude could be just the result of going through puberty, a hormonal thing. You may be thinking wait a minute I’ve already gone through puberty and gotten my period so this can’t be right.
Your body goes through puberty in stages sort of. You may have gotten your period but your body is still adjusting to the hormonal changes. These changes can cause you to be rude or bitchy as some what put it. The fact that you have noticed this is a good thing.
What to do about it: If this continues much longer I would suggest talking to a GYN or your family doctor about this. It is possible there are some medications that will help you with the hormonal changes. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

If your first instinct is to give a rude answer to someone's question, stop for a minute and see how you can change the negative words to positive words. You aren't going to become Miss Daisy Sunshine overnight. It's going to take a bit of getting used to.

Good luck! [ xosodapopx3's advice column | Ask xosodapopx3 A Question ]
