If you have a cold, you should buy Emergen-C at the store. It's expensive, but you get a HUGE box of it. It's basically big amounts of Vitamin C which helps your immune system get stronger. You can find it in the vitamin section. They have different flavors too. :)
However, if you're getting them daily but you're not sick, then it could be something different & you should really get it checked out by a doctor.

well you might be animic you blood count is probly your blood count is low chaeck with yuor doctor and get some blood work done
