Boxing equiptment
I am looking for a martial arts boxing "punching bag (like a big one that stands upvor hangs) and padded gloves that you can kick and punch" but heres the catch. im low on money and cant afford anything over $27 for each. i know its not much but it will have to do. i just need a name of a store, a price, and maybey a brand name if you can provide one. thanks so much! :)

I think what you should do is go to sports stores or secondhand sporting goods stores and look at their prices. That's where you are apt to find punching bags a lot cheaper and in good condition.
There's nowhere (and I'm a kickboxing student) that I know of where you can get one for $27.00 or less. And if there were I wouldn't purchase it. The gloves however should be from $30-40 if they're EVERLAST. Some Wal-Mart's carry them at least in Canada they do.
I think what you should do is find out how much a free standing bag costs and how much the gloves go for and save up. It may take a while but it's the safest thing for you.
I take it you are a beginner and or new to kickboxing, karate or boxing. Any instructor will tell you to NEVER practice kicks on any kind of punching bag especially hanging and or stationary without them. You can get injured with kicking if not doing it right. Punches are fine.
I've enclosed a link (see below) that tells you how to pick a bag and gloves and how much they will cost and what to really look for. Best to save your money for the BEST you can get rather than buy something sketchy which you wouldn't find for the price you mentioned.
If you had a gym membership and access to their bags then perhaps what you have accumulated in funds will save you there.
