cuddlemonster answered Friday August 7 2009, 7:44 pm: Perms usually make fried, tight curls, much unlike the ones in those pictures. In the first picture it looks like she just put mousse in her hair and then scrunched it while blowdrying it. In the second picture it looks like she used a curling iron.
