is there anywhere i can buy clothes that are no longer available in stores? like last season items

(for example past items from forever 21):
where do the leftover clothing they sell go? they change their clothes every month!

besides ebay, ross, tj maxx, marshall's

Try going to Plato's Closet. It's a thrift/trade store and they usually have clothes from a bunch of different stores.
