This morning i woke up with a pain that started from my neck and traveled up to the back of my head to the side of my head. I dont know what this can be? does anyone know what this can be? as of now it is still hurting me =(
Additional info, added Thursday August 6 2009, 11:47 am: its not the way i sleep. Its a horrible sharp shooting pain that traveled from my neck to the back of my head. it comes and goes throughout the day.iTs no good feeling. Do you sleep with more than one pillow? If so, that's probably the problem.
Sleep with one pillow, so that your head and neck are aligned and not in an awkward position.
