ipod touch. :)
you were really helpful when you answered my question about how to put pictures onto my ipod touch, anyway, i need to ask your opinion on something, i just bought it on sunday.. and it froze up today (monday) and it didn't unfreeze, until it died, and i had to replug it in. i wasn't home at the time, so it stayed frozen for a very long time. i know ipods sometimes freeze & everything, but i did't expect it to freeze the second day! i haven't even downloaded that many apps or anything like that. it's also having problems syncing and stuff. & it froze for a moment, just before too.
should i exchange it?

I hear ya, that's frustrating when you so much on an electronic.
Hook it up to ur computer. When itunes brings the screen up, check the software version.
If the software is out of date, that's probably the problem.
If the software is good, and it does it again, call apple tech support. They can help you lots. If they can't figure out what's wrong, they should exchange it for you.
