I am trying out for cheerleading in two weeks and i have to be able to do a toe touch, but i just can't get my legs to bend that way. All of the other girls trying out can and it's really embraressing. Can you help me? I am a girl and I am 12. I am from west virginia.

Before you start to touch your toes you should stretch. Ask your friends that know how they stretch and get ready. Maybe they have a strategy. Maybe you just arent too stretchable so work on that. If you dont make the team its ok and it just wasnt meant to be. There is always next year also. Hope this helps! Xoxo, Farrah Gonzalez
