California here I come?

Question Posted Thursday July 23 2009, 1:58 am

I want to be a journalist; after I graduate high school I want to work at a major magazine or newspaper. Would it be smart to go to college in California? So much happens there and it's kind of the center for magazines and newspapers. There and New york, but i'm not really fond of new york.

So what is the best, or top two undergraduate journalism programs in California? I want a back up. I have a 3.9 GPA.

I'm not sure which is the best, but I'd go to the schools sites and see what they offer.
