I added phone tabs to the bottom of all of them, too.
Yet I walked around to the stores and locations I put them in, and no one took any of the phone tabss. :/ It's been around 4 days so far, too.
I put one up at a grocery store, the Boys & Girls Club, a bread store, a candy store, a church, the golf course I work at that has lots of kids programs, etc. I asked for permission at all of the places, of course.
With children being as expensive as they are, parents are not wanting to look for babysitting services when they can just have family members watch them when needed.
Also, most parents already have babysitting services, so they probably aren't looking for a change. Maybe put the price on the flyer it it's really affordable. That may make parents take a second look.
Another thing, a lot of people don't look at flyers. Most look past them. How about you and your fellow babysitters go to some events and pass out the flyers yourself to people with children. :) [ Melody's advice column | Ask Melody A Question ]

I bet if you made flyers to put in nearby neighborhoods, you might get more business? Don't put them in people's mailboxes, because that is illegal.
Put the flyers in people's doors. That way they'll see them.
