to a smashmouth concert that ill have laying in my closet. short 5'1 black hair brown skin...

Since it's a concert, I'd wear something semi comfy with a hip/rock vibe. Skinny jeans with heels always look good, and if you have a smashmouth tshirt you could wear that. You could make your own and give it edge by cutting the sides and then retying them so its fringed and cutting out part of the neck so it hangs off your shoulders. Any black shirt will look good, and dress it up with long necklaces. If your look is plain, try some hot red lipstick.

We don't know what's in your closet, so we can't really tell you what to wear specifically.

Just wear some jeans & a t-shirt or something.
