what will make me better at swim

i want to be faster and better at techniques
i also have a problem with my breathing what can help me?

Practice.
I know that sounds like a "duh" answer, but it's really the only way to perfect the techniques.
Once you have the techniques down you can work on speed. A trick a lot of speed swimmers use is to not shave until the night before a race (it increases drag, and then you lose the body hair and you lose the drag, makign you faster).
Your breathing is also a practice thing. I have this issue too. It's really a part of the technique. Perfect the technique and you can perfect the breathing.
All of that leads back to practice though. Swim as often as humanly possible... ^_^
