Let it come out freely, maybe get some towels etc for it to land on, or use you're mouth (best to make sure he is clear of diseases though) or let him come over you if you don't want there to be a mess on the floor/bed, and this can turn a guy on aswell so it has a plus side ;-)

Doing that won't really do much. You've basically got three choices: get a tissue, use a condom (which you should be doing anyway because you'll be coming in contact with fluids), or make a huge mess. Ask the guy what he wants you to do.
