if i was to write on a guys back that he was my bitch, would i write "I'm her bitch" or would i write "I'm your bitch" ??? im not sure how i should write it... haha sorry i know random but he lost a bet!

Hehe, well I would go with the first one because it implies ownership to someone specific. The second would make him just anybody's bitch, and that completely overlooks the contractual obligation he has to you.

If it were me I would actually include my name... so if I had been so lucky as to win the bet I would write: "I am Alin's bitch" :D

I don't know if your agreement allows for the statement to be that specific. Otherwise go for the first one.
